Keesha Warmsby focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and regulatory compliance, primarily representing financial services companies. Working in an industry that is constantly in flux, Keesha helps her clients navigate through the legal and regulatory environment. She has worked with various public traded companies and counsels financial services institutions on federal and state compliance matters.
Keesha has assisted with creation of policy and procedures for mortgage lenders in order to ensure compliance under Dodd-Frank and trans financial services compliance officers regarding state and federal lending and consumer statutes. She has also assisted auto lender with state licensing issues across the country.
Keesha acts as compliance counsel for mortgage and auto lenders, drafting policies and procedures to ensure Dodd Frank compliance. She also provides state licensing counsel to automobile and mortgage lenders nationwide. Keesha is the member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, John Mercer Langston Bar Association and the American Inns of Court.
