Even the most knowledgeable and efficient payroll/accounting departments make mistakes. And as soon as the error is discovered, corrections need to be made. But how are these mistakes and corrections handled? Vicki M. Lambert, CPP will discuss what must be done for mistakes made on the employee’s pay-check such as over or underpayments. In this session she will discuss about the quarterly and year-end reports for which the payroll is responsible. Because if a mistake has been made on the employee’s wages, correction to it needs to be reflected in the quarterly or year-end forms.
